- Respond to technical issues as they arise by documenting incident details, responding to requests, initiating customer contact, escalating to appropriate parties, and resolving incidents.
- Provide continuous status information in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel.
- Work as a team player with individuals from all departments.

- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and/or two years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
