Job Summary: The Print Designer is responsible for the design and production of marketing BigHRM collateral, indentity, program booklets and event signage. Strong sense of layout and color are a must. Print Designer is responsible for taking work from concept through production under the creative guidance of an Art Director or Senior Designer
Essential Job Functions
100% - Creation of still graphics for CD Rom, DVD, Web with a focus on print based projects Graphics creation and testing for internal projects such as bid proposals, sales presentations, marketing, advertising, and training Able to combine creativity with effective production solutions Gathering information from internal clients and third party resources Interpreting client needs Ensuring timely delivery of project Relationship building with internal and external clients Best practices development and maintenance Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Experience: 3+ years graphic design experience. Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Solid print background with the ability to take a project from conceptual design through production Expert using InDesign Demonstrated competency using Illustrator and Photoshop Employment Status: Full Time
