Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join a team of professionals who provide information based services to Ecolab associates. They will be part of a team that is responsible for conducting comprehensive search and analysis of information in support of our global activities. In addition, they will have some responsibility for Global Knowledge Sharing Services and Operations.
Open to salary grades 12-14
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience managing research requests
* Minimum 1 year of Library Services and Operations experience or equivalent coursework

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry or Engineering preferred
* Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a corporate library.
* 2+ years of business and/or technical search experience
* Strong attention to details
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Proficient in problem solving
* Natural ability and disposition for outstanding customer service
* Has the ability to interact appropriately with colleagues, function as a contributing member of a team have demonstrated skills in oral and written communications and present a positive service attitude
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools such as Word, Excel, etc.
* Experienced in applying scientific and business principals to a range of information/knowledge management problems.
* Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to identify, access and utilize information resources and/or systems
* Proficiency in utilizing various internet tools including search engines
