FSR Lead Mechanic

Position will be located in Southwest Asia. Candidate must have 6 years related experience or a minimum of 3 years appropriate industry experience as a senior vehicle mechanic or senior technician or maintenance supervisor on a similar product line or other military vehicles or heavy equipment. Ideally suited for U.S. Marine Corps Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 1345 (Engineer Heavy Equipment Operator), 1341 (Engineer Heavy Equipment Mechanic), 3531 (Motor Transport Operator), 3521 (Motor Transport Mechanic) or a U.S. Army MOS such as 63A, 63B, 63D, 63E, 63H, 63M, 63S, 63W, or 63Z or Warrant Officer 915A series. Must successfully complete pre-deployment medical and dental examinations and obtain necessary immunizations for relocation overseas. Formal training in heavy equipment maintenance. Training or experience in basic supply and logistics support is desired. Must demonstrate skill in troubleshooting, repair and use of computerized or automated test equipment. Must be computer literate and capable of creating formal reports, emails and briefings. Should familiar with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point). Must possess or qualify for a DOD SECRET security clearance. Class B commercial driver's license. Welding certification, instructor certification and relevant military experience preferred.
