Description:
Flash Designer - Learning and Communications Solutions is seeking an advanced high-end eLearning designer who designs and develops dynamic instructional interactions and simulations to create interactive, engaging SCORM compliant course content and training (WBT) products.
Minimum Required Qualifications: Advanced Flash, ActionScript 3.0, video editing software, Photoshop and Captivate. Experience in on-line course/training design and development. General knowledge of adult learning models and instructional design. Minimum of three years of experinece in a related filed.
Desired Skills: Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript. Experience with database design and SQL. Ability to manage dynamic data (XML) in Flash. Experience with web usability principles and 508 compliance.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or related field.

This is an Albuquerque, full-time posssition and is contingent on winning new work.
