Responsibilities:

Prepare an annual operating budget, create goals and objectives for each of your departments and monitor each departments’ performance.

Oversee the hiring and training of managers for the service, parts and body departments.

Work in conjunction with other department managers to improve profitability and efficiency.

Create and maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensure your entire staff is helpful to customers, and make customer satisfaction a top priority for all of your departments.

Work with customers and warranty clerk to administer warranty claims and understand how to apply warranty guidelines.

Create dealership service and pricing policies, to be approved by the general manager.

Ensure that service repairs are performed efficiently and correctly.
