Description:

The Financial Analyst is a key team member that serves a vital role in

preparing communications visible to our most senior management levels

and participates actively in decision support analysis and project

management opportunities. This position works actively with our

Accounts Payable team to coordinate special activities related to

sourcing events and key suppliers, as well as special projects.



Responsibilities include:

. Preparing, analyzing and distributing monthly reports on major

commodity cost movements.

. Develop and update executive presentations to summarize quarterly

results, key commodity movements, and market drivers.

. Directly involved in supplier problem resolution.

. Primary liason with Corporate Accounts Payable on vendor management

issues, working capital initiatives, and joint projects.

. Provide financial support to the Energy, Raw Materials, and MRO buyers

as needed in analyzing materials markets, vendors, and specific

initiative impacts.

. Lead role for coordinating commodity plans for development of

materials standards, as well as coordinating monthly forecast updates to

communicate impacts to business groups.

. Work with A/P and GS Buyers to execute common initiatives to manage

working capital employed. Track competitive performance on working

capital management.

. Assisting with internal control activities including SAP

reporting/administration, peer reviews, balance sheet reviews, and

coordinate preparation of QR-16 purchase obligation disclosures.

. Preparing and analyzing S&A budgets and overhead allocation models for

the Global Sourcing group.

. Lead communication efforts with specific business groups as needed to

ensure common understanding of co-owned initiatives, and potential

commodity impacts.

. Work with buyers and department leads on the development of the GS

Strategic plan and assembly of corporate planning assumptions,

historical trend analysis, etc.

. Analyze spend data as necessary to ensure data integrity. Communicate

to field locations to identify data issues, errors, and areas of

opportunity to improve reporting.

. Being an active team member and primary financial support for specific

special projects and major purchases as needed.



QUALIFICATIONS:

. Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SAP and BW

. Strong analytical skills, good communication skills

. Candidate must be comfortable navigating systems and utilizing data to

enhance business understanding



EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred.



EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of work experience. Working knowledge of SAP E01 required.

Previous experience in Accounts Payable management or Supply Chain

analysis preferable.
