We're looking for you to make a major contribution to our Field Service team, based in Dubai, UAE.
Your primary responsibilities will include on site jobs related to service, repair and overhaul of Gas/Steam Turbine or Generator and the auxiliary equipments of Power Plants at client sites across Middle East. You will closely interact with the customer on all technical and quality issues, give advice and supervise solutions.
A Graduate/Diploma qualification in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), supplemented by at least 4-8 years post qualification experience gained in a power plant, on complete overhaul/inspection/ troubleshooting/alignment with thorough knowledge about the constructional features and components of Gas/Steam Turbines or Generators. Any training undertaken will be an added advantage.
The position involves extensive traveling and may include prolonged periods away from the base in Dubai .
All candidates should be self-motivated and detail oriented, be able to work unsupervised, handle stress and communicate effectively with international teams.
Bilingual candidates with excellent Arabic and English speaking skill will be given preference. Strong written communication skill in English is mandatory. Familiarity with MS Office is a must.
