Facilities Customer Service Coordinator
The Facilities Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the operation of the Facilities Customer Service call desk, including tenant work request routing, prioritizing work requests, and metrics for the call desk activity. Thls position functions as a team leader overseeing two customer service clerks responsible for creating work requests from phone calls, e-mail, paper work orders, and notes from Facility Management personnel. In addition, this position tracks and requests fuel from Engineering for north fuel Facilities Customer Service Coordinator also maintains standard operating procedures for call desk. Provide support services to maintenance and housekeeping operations.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree required
• Combined two years of experience in facility management, call center operation, building customer service, building maintenance, or housekeeping operations
Experience with WCM tools or metrics development helpful
• Demonstrated ability to build & maintain strong relationships at all levels
• Strong communication skills
• Microsoft applications, web-based programs, and mainframe apps.
Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree focus in facility management, business, or procurement
• Experience with WCM tolls or metrics development
