The candidate will work closely with a small team on a mid-size government contract in Washington, DC. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to further develop and implement an Enterprise Architecture (EA), utilizing the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF). The Candidate will work with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts, to build a clear view of how the organization's architecture links the business mission, strategy, and processes of the organization to its IT strategy, and document this methodology using Troux Technologies Software and multiple architectural models or views (Business Reference Model, Performance Reference Model, Technical Reference Model, Service Component Reference Model and Data Reference Model) that show how the current and future needs of the organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.
Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
2-5 years experience with providing consultative support for EA guidance for its business users and stakeholder to show the business value and cost-reduction benefits of building information technology solutions based on EA.
· 2-5 years experience with developing a segmented Technology Architecture that represents the current state of a Service, Business, and Technical Catalogs.
· 2-5 years experience with developing a strategy that will ensure all required data is collected and maintained in the Troux Metaverse Modeling Tool with efficiency and accuracy.
· 1-3 years experience with developing EA Policies and Standard Operating Procedures that detail the team's roles, responsibilities, and governing policies and procedures.
· 2-5 years experience with SQL or providing custom reports using Crystal Reports to service special reporting requirements.
· 2-5 years experience with reviewing the status of the EA activities conducted to date and providing an analysis and recommendation for enhancing the products in the light of the need to create repeatable and auditable EA products and processes.
· 3-5 years experience with developing a Technology Roadmap which encompasses a recommended Target Architecture, Gap Analysis, and Migration Plan.
10-15 years of directly related computer systems analysis and/or programming experience.
