| ASCO Numatics , a Division of Emerson Industrial Auotmation , the market leader in fluid automation is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to join their team as an Engineering Services and Tech Support . This position will be of interest to those who enjoy a fast paced, challenging environment and are looking to put their technical and communication skills to the test. Key Responsibilities Provide product application technical support and solutions. Provide accurate quotations based on customer requirements. Prepare project special prices. Respond to customer inquiries regarding price and delivery information. Prepare and deliver training presentations. Provide support to outside sales personnel. Develop and maintain customer relationships both internal & external. Growth product support & liaison. Troubleshoot and provide solutions to warranty & quality issues. Handle customer concerns and complaints. Always provide prompt, accurate, efficient and courteous customer service. Keep yourself updated on new product launches. Qualifications & Experience Technical background Customer service sales experience an asset Attention to detail with strong documentation and follow up skills. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, interpersonal skills and computer skills. Excellent customer service skills that demonstrate professionalism. Proven ability to lead, organize, prioritise and multitask. Capability of learning quickly and work independently. Capability of working in a team environment. CAD Agency approvals and ISO Auditing an asset Post secondary education from one of the following programs: Mechanical Engineering Technician - Fluid Power Manufacturing Engineering - Automation Instrumentation Engineering Technician - Industrial Mechanical Engineering Technology Additional Information ASCO Numatics offers competitive salary plus overtime and benefit package.
