PB’s Omaha office is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate, who will be responsible for the following duties: 1. Project Management – Responsible for project cost, schedule and quality, reporting to the Water Technical Excellence Center (TEC) and Area Manager/Geography. Must be committed to the efficient production and delivery of high quality work products. 2. Technical Specialist – Support the Water TEC and Area Manager/Geography in performing planning and design of projects in the region with a focus on large infrastructure projects. Must work well in a collaborative environment. 3. Communication – Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable speaking in public. 4. Marketing/Business Development – Identify, pursue and win projects principally in the North Central US. Support other offices Nationwide in marketing PB services. 5. Travel – Overnight travel will be required. This may be either business development or project related. 6. Marketing Focus – The marketing focus for this position would be the pursuit of opportunities leading to the development of backlog that will enable the growth of the Omaha office. It is expected that the full range of PB’s capabilities will be marketed (with the support of additional experts). Special emphasis is to be placed on Omaha Public Works Department projects and the USACOE. A person who can effectively meet these responsibilities will find tremendous opportunity for advancement in PB.
