Engineer Network 3
Provide expertise in the design, oversight, implementation and maintenance of Enterprise network systems. Perform frontline support to end users for Workstation, Server, Database and Communication systems. Interact with ISP servises, software provider and user groups to maintain, troubleshoot, and restore services. Provide technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on all related hardware/software. Coordinate with security teams to develop and adhere to security protocols. Provide user support for navigation/use of software applications and document issues for reporting to software providers for resolution.
Basic Qualifications: Bachalors degree and 6 years related experience. 2-4 years Windows 2008/2003/XP (Active Directory Services (LDAP), DNS/DDNS, Group Policy Settings, HyperV (virtualization), Clustering), 2-4 years exp Solaris 10 (Clustering, Storage mgmt (QFS/SAMFS), SAMBA, Glassfish), 2-4 years Networks experience (Routing protocols, VLANS, firewall (CISCO ASA appliances)), 1-2 years experience DBA (Oracle RAC and Enterprise, SQL 2005, mySQL), 1-2 years Comms Suite and managing LOS and BLOS RF communication links.
