Embedded Software Engineer
Title: Embedded Software Engineer Location: USA-New Hampshire-Manchester Other Locations: - Developing embedded software to meet specific system and hardware requirements - Defining and developing hardware/software interfaces - Debugging and integrating software on product hardware, including board bring-up - Working with systems and electrical engineers to develop software requirements - Developing and executing software unit and functional tests - Assisting with design changes or software updates - Working with manufacturing engineering to develop production and calibration software - Documenting software design details - Collaborating with staff and other engineers to meet project milestones. - BS or MS CE/CS/EE degree required - Hands-on debug skills with JTAG, simulators/emulators, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc., required - Experience with C/C (with emphasis on real-time embedded) development required - Experience with microcontrollers (specifically ARM core) architectures required - Experience with reading schematics and datasheets required - Experience in embedded systems development on custom hardware desired - Experience with Windows-based software development tools (CodeWarrior, IAR and Eclipse) desired - Experience with OS architectures (Linux and/or uC/OS) desired - Experience with OO design and GNU tools desired- Experience with SDK/BSP development considered a plus
