Marlyn Nutraceuticals has a career opportunity for an experienced and hands-on Electro-Mechanical Packaging Equipment Maintenance Manager.Areas of responsibility include
integrating, repairing and maintaining modern and innovative automatic cartoners, FFS (flexible film, form and seal) pouch and stick pack machines, blister machines for blister cars, auger feeders, film bundlers and pressure sensitive labelers.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Must be a skilled electro-mechanical packaging engineer or technician who is able to manage a 4 person maintenance department and the daily tasks on hand, keeping packaging equipment operating, allowing to ship and deliver the orders on time.
Experience with line integration of semi automatic electro-mechanical packaging equipment and automatic pickers and feeders.
Working knowledge of PLCs, motor drives and controls, pneumatics and hydraulics down to component level are essential.
Troubleshoot malfunctioning PLC controls and linear actuators.
Must have at least 5 years of demonstrated and strong hands-on experience related to integration and installation of robotic and pick and place packaging and handling equipment.
Oversee and schedule daily tasks for the maintenance department.
