The Eagle Supply Component Repair Engineer position is part of the Military Aftermarket Services, Eagle Supply repair sourcing team supporting the USAF customer, foreign military customers, and Pratt & Whitney Fleet Management Program customers. The Supply Chain Management team is responsible for sourcing all component and accessory repairs for F100 and F119 engines. Future sourcing may also include F135 and F117 engine models.
* Job Functions:
1. Required interface with internal and external customers and suppliers
2. Service master development
3. Maintenance and support
4. Technical Order interpretation
5. Coordination with FMP programs and GSE Repair Development on sourcing and implementation of repairs
6. Technical support of suppliers performing F100 and F119 repairs
7. Engineering support to proposals and customer requests to insure repair requirements, associated service masters and sourcing is in place to support each customers configuration requirements
8. Support suppliers in Supplier Gold initiatives and cost/turnaround time delivery initiatives.
9. Provide day-to-day engineering support to the Pass-Through Repair Line.
10. Coordinate technical data waivers with supplier, internal departments and end customers.
* Desired ACE Associate/Minimum: Active use of ACE tools and participation in projects and events is expected.
* Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a high stress environment.

* 7 Years experience in jet engine design
* MRO engineering, manufacturing engineering
* Process engineering and or item repair required
* Experience with P&W design methods and procedures a plus
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within multi-disciplinary groups are required.
* Demonstrated problem-solving experience in multi-functional team environment
* Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
