Promoting and supporting the sales of off-price product, in-line sales and basics sales for all divisions.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist with clearance process for all divisions across full wholesale and Own Retail business; and assist in directing sales of clearance, basics, and inline product if applicable to Costco, Nordstrom Rack, Ross, Marmaxx, Burlington Coat Factory, Century-21, and Gabriel Bros. accounts; as well as sales of clearance product to final liquidators NAFTA Traders and Bordan Shoe only as needed
Support clearance, basics and inline management on order maintenance, pricing, shipping, collections, claims and product inquires.
Assist with orders using the atlas BOP clearance application, as well as work with Customer Service on allocation and order maintenance. Trouble shoot any issues with hardcopies, routing or shipping issues.
Support Clearance Manager, Basics Program Lead and Inline Sales Lead in sell-in preparation and presentations, including creating cads and sample orders.
Collaborate with Clearance Manager and cross-functionally with Sales operations and category managers to ensure timely flow of product and effective implementation of the product transfer process and timelines.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Access)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of databases and reporting capabilities.
Self-starter who is able to work independently on several projects simultaneously.
Strong prioritizing skills.
Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
Ability to learn and understand the client business, organization and matrix reporting structure in order to achieve results.
Consumer insight identification/use to inform product briefing and assortment planning
Strong mathematic skills and basic understanding of retail terminology
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university and a minimum two years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for a degree.
