Directs the performance of an organization of technical staff providing professional
services to Air Force customers. Position is responsible for meeting revenue, profit and expense targets. Responsible for contract negotiations, procurement of vendor services, service delivery. Position includes business development responsibilities to ensure future growth opportunities. Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and discipline of the team. Manage a P&L organization of technical staff. Retain existing business and grow the base as well as generate new opportunities. Make Bid/No Bid decisions, develop acquisition strategies, manage proposal efforts. Candidate will develop budgets, forecast revenue, develop spend plans, and develop price to win strategies.
