Description: The position manages Campaign Level Analysis and Analysis of Alternatives through the development and use of models and simulations. Candidate must be familiar with current USG accepted models and simulations that are used across the Department of Defense and be familiar with others in industry employing such models and simulations; must be able to manage and run teams of varying sizes and composition; will leverage external industry partners that may have models and simulations that will be needed for the analyses. The position will be instrumental in running trades of legacy, current and future systems within the sector. Will conduct gap analysis techniques, and threat analysis, and present analysis and findings to internal and external customers for their consideration. Will work with key Architects and Sector Personnel to obtain information needed for models and simulations; support proposals with analysis as required. Participates in division and sector studies as required.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree required in an Operations Research or Engineering Related Field, coupled with 20 plus years of government experience is required. Position requires a thorough understanding of the various USG models and Simulations supporting Campaign Level Analysis and Analysis of Alternatives. Must have a current SSBI and be eligible for SCI and SAP access.
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctorate degree in Operations Research or Engineering related area desirable. An understanding of the DoD Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) is highly desired. An understanding of ODNI, DoD, US Military, and US Allies is desired.
