You will be responsible for developing strategy, policies and procedures, directing the designs, plans, development, and implementation of application and tools building within the platform and enablers organization. You will be responsible for project selection, planning, and execution of application development to support operations and other teams within the Chief Technology Office for software development best practices and deployment on cloud infrastructure. Promote and advocate modern software development best practices, for execution, deployment, and maintenance within the organization.
To be successful, you must be proficient at the techniques that go into formulation and implementation of the architecture and applications, including:
- requirements discovery and analysis
- application of abstraction
- formulation of solution context
- solution alternatives identification and assessment
- technology selection
- architectural configuration
- development of applications using modern practices and technologies
