Die Maintenance Area Manager
The Die Maintenance Area Manager is responsible for planning and scheduling the activities of skilled trades and salary work groups in the professional maintenance of stamping dies. This position will work closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues related to through-put and quality, utilizing the tools and methodologies of World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required
• Strong die background and metal forming experience
• Ability to work in a team environment using problem solving skills to implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to work with all levels of management and union leadership
Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree / Journeyman status
