Major Job Duties Include: Embedded software component development, project software integration and maintenance of existing network (CAN) software components. Support all phases of the software development process including software quality control. Understand and negotiate specifications, design and implement code, create documents and descriptions, and maintain existing software. Develop cooperative relationships with co-workers and contribute to global teams for design, review, and testing. Should have good understanding of software processes, requirements analysis/engineering, network specifications and, automotive technology.
Minimum Job Requirements Include: *BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with focus on embedded software development. *Experience with C/C++, methods and tools for functional software development, and requirements engineering are preferred.
Desired: *Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as KWP2000, CAN, and Flexray are a plus.
