Design Institute for Six-Sigma and JMP Training Manager
Title: Design Institute for Six-Sigma and JMP Training Manager Location: NC-Cary
In this role you will be responsible for managing the Design Institute for Six-Sigma and JMP training program and staff. You will provide leadership in expanding the six-sigma training business and developing and maintaining the JMP curriculum; coordinate relationship between SAS and strategic training partners; participate in departmental planning and policy decisions; and teach and provide mentoring serves for JMP and/or Six Sigma.
Essential * Master's degree in Statistics or closely related field; * 6 years of experience analyzing data, teaching, and developing course materials * Experience with the six-sigma methodology and in the application of statistics in six-sigma and scientific and engineering problems Additional * Proven record of increasing responsibilities * Ability to manage people * Ability to communicate with people of various technical backgrounds, to think analytically, to write and edit technical material Preferences * Experience in management * More than six years of experience analyzing data, teaching, and developing course materials * More than four years of JMP experience * Master Black Belt with experience in training and six sigma project mentoring/consulting * Expert in the Design of Experiments including optimal design * Four years experience in applying statistical methods in industry to solve scientific and engineering problems * Proven track record of successful statistical course development for adult audiences Additional Information
