Job Description 1. Develop and interpret layouts and drawings of parts, generating part list & speficications, and detail design from verbal or written instructions on valve train and/or other products, with CAD tools such as Pro-Engineer and Auto CAD. 2. Review and analysing product layouts and culculating reliability estimates. 3. Use GD&T and tolerence stocks. 4. Specify and coordinate laboratory and testing requirements 5. Create and maintain system DFMEA and parcipate PFMEA 6. Define component level requirment s for testing and analysis with cooperation with American and European team, input to DVP& R; 7. Basic FEM with ANSYS.
Job Qualifications /Educational Requirements 1. Circa 3 years experience, preferable in the Automotive Industry; 2. Engineering degree, engine, automotive engineering preferred; 3. Experience on engine, engine component system design, Autocad, Pro-E Solid modeling; 4. Experience on system simulation calculation, preffered; 5. Experience on DFMEA., DOE design methods: 6. Communication in Chinese and English--writing and oral; 7. Be familiar with Design for Reliability, QFD and other VOC techniques; 8. Be familiar with manufacturing process and tooling design, Knowledge of press tools and sheet metal pressings will be a plus. 9. Project management 10. Communication skill in both Chinese and English
