General Job Objective
PRE SALES SUPPORT - In charge of answering customers requests, bring expertise and support for crane erection, blue print reading and analysis, reaction table interpretation, .... - Respond to call for tenders from French and key customers - in collaboration with factories and calculation offices, Issue project's technical feasibility of special crane applications and large and complex project implantation.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT - Execute daily work of the service in order to garanty service performance in terms of technical demand answer, carry out of customer orders, supply of technical documentation including necessary mandatory certification.
- Support EMEA customers in the selection of best suited cranes for they particular projects.
- Respond to tender requests of EMEA customers . Perform feasibility suties and crane customization with help and support of factories and design office.
For both pre sale and after sales support , supply customers with commercial offers including all detail documentation for complex climbing operations. Essential Job Functions
Job Requirements/Working Conditions
Basic training in construction/structure calculation, boiler making industry complemented by sales skills & experience Technical expertise in Tower Cranes English language mandatory Mastering blue print and electrical schematics reading and interpretation, good electrical and mechanical knowledge Good computer knowledge (MS Office pack + internet) and trained to use computer-aided-design (CAD)
