Specific Job Description Design and develop AEGIS Officer and Operator training course materials for new courses of instruction or maintenance of existing materials within the NAVEDTRA 131A process. Create, revise, or change Officer and/or operational course materials in direct support of Navy requirements in a dynamic environment. Independently or as a team member determine course content and student learning objectives; prepare course syllabi, lesson plans, student guides, test questions and course schedules as the direct result of Front End Analysis (FEA) and/or engineering specification updates. Evaluate existing training materials and procedures and make recommends or revisions to keep course material on the leading edge. Provide and support training impact analysis by proper interpretation of engineering and change documentation concerning Officer level curriculum and make recommendations or changes accordingly. Support lead developers during in process reviews (IPR) and training readiness reviews (TRR) for Officer training components to management, or the customer as required. Conduct Train-The-Trainers (TTT) events between subject matter experts, engineers, and instructors within program scope. Provide interface support to the Navy customers as a liaison for management coordinating special projects, deliveries, or as required.
