Bayer CropScience LP seeks Customer Relationship Management Systems Analyst in Research Triangle Park, NC to provide support for Customer Relationship Management [CRM] processes and tools to the Commercial Operations business groups in the analysis and implementation of business requirements. Provide primary support for the CRM systems and processes and third-level support for individual user issues. Work closely with key business users, technical support staff and external vendors to ensure correct information flow for CRM processes. Support interfaces, data structures, data anlaysis/development and basic CRM system configuration. Serve as the communication channel between the business and the software vendor to coordinate issues, clarify business requirements, and develop technical specifications. Provide business analysis and consulting for enhancements and projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Natural Sciences required. Must have three years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst.
Experience must include two years of experience with Oracle, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and Oracle Discover; VB Script; PL/SQL; SQL Scripts; and ETL tools [Business Objects Data Integrator - previously named Acta Works].
