Computing Security & Information Protection Specialist 3\4
Boeing is in competition to win a USMC contract to provide advisory and assistance in planning, organizing, staffing, controlling and leading the combined efforts of the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Vehicle Joint Program Office (JPO) civilians, contractor and military personnel. The winning team will include professional program management and technical services for the MRAP family of vehicles with key functional support from Acquisition, Contract Administration, International Programs Support, Systems Engineering, ESOH, Vehicle Systems, GFE, and Test and Evaluation. The team will assist the Government Managers throughout the defense acquisition lifecycle including development, production, deployment, operations, support and storage/disposal of the Cougar, Buffalo, and Mine Resistant All-Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV) variants.
Assist the JPO MRAP IAM with DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) or other applicable Certification & Accreditation process (such as Director of Central Intelligence Directive (DCID) 6/3 ""Protecting Sensitive Compartmented Information within Information Systems"" for systems processing Sensitive Compartmented Information). Assist with the analysis of System Security Engineering efforts mitigating the risk to JMVP, USMC, Department of the Army and Department of Defense information systems. Perform Subject Matter expertise to the JPO MRAP IAM with information assurance.
Must be able to lead development and deployment of enterprise-wide computing and information security requirements, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures for multiple stakeholder organizations, programs/system or unique requirements. Develops and/or advises on a broad range of compliant information security and data protection requirements. Identifies root causes, prioritizes threats and recommends and/or implements corrective action. Performs security compliance monitoring. Determines acceptability of unique configurations and verifies security parameter placement. Investigates and resolves security incidents. Participates in security policy assessments and audits.

Basic Qualifications For ConsiderationDo you have experience in the computing security field?
Do you have a current/active Secret security clearance or a Single-Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)? (Note: If you held a security clearance within the last two years, your clearance is considered current/active).
Typical Education/Experience
Level 3 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Level 4 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
