Job Description: Senior level Maximo version 7 developer to work on its JTECH development and support team as a technical lead. The selected candidate will help direct a team of developers providing hands-on, day-to-day support and enhancements of the Maximo applications. * Develop and support of workflows from cradle to grave using the Maximo 7 workflow application. * Provide customer and end user support for Maximo 7 implementation. * Perform Maximo 7 screen customizations. * Develop and support multiple interfaces utilizing the Maximo Integration Framework. * Develop and support data loads utilizing the Maximo Integration Framework. * Perform software development using Maximo 7 tools and Oracle database triggers/stored procedures. * Development and support of reports in BIRT. * Support of upgrades in the Maximo product as well as add-ons. * Develop and support TRM RulesManager scripts. * Resolve application, interface, workflow, reporting and data integrity issues. * Development and maintenance support of the Maximo @hand mobile solution. * Assume a lead role in release migration, performance testing and tuning, upgrade and patch installation and testing. * Develop plans for improving the stability and supportability of existing package and custom applications. Minimum Requirements: The incumbent must have a Bachelor's Degree in an associated discipline and 8 years of related experience or have a Master's Degree in an associated discipline and at least 6 years of experience, or a PhD in an associated discipline and 4 years of experience. Incumbent must possess effective oral and written communication skills. Must have demonstrated expertise with Computer based systems and applications. Must have excellent programming skills in languages used for job specific programming tasks. Must have experience in the application of industry standard hardware and software design and documentation techniques. Must have experience with requirements analysis, specification development, Object Oriented Design, testing, and simulation. Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance and possess a current state issued driver’s license.
