Co op Student Engineer Argon ST
Co-op Student Engineer will serve under supervision for a 2 semester period within the occupation and skill area that directly relates to their college engineering degree. Duties will include, developing interactive user interfaces and multithreaded ""middle tier"" server software, using modern software technologies, such as Java, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), C/C++ and OOA/D.

Basic Qualifications For ConsiderationWill you have completed your Sophomore year by June 2012?
Are you currently enrolled at a college or university studying in one of the following programs (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or like degree)?
Are you willing to work in the Fairfax, Virginia area for the duration of the internship?
Have you developed software using C, C++, or Java programming languages?
Typical Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED.

Successful candidates will be able to communicate well with engineering personnel/organizations, project management, technical staff and customers. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment, analyze technical problems, develop solutions, and ultimately presenting them to customers. Must possess good written, verbal and computer skills. Clearly state your major, cumulative GPA and graduation date (month and year) in your resume. Candidates should be junior or sophomore level college students who are scheduled to graduate between December 2012 and June 2014 and who are pursuing a Bachelors Degree in an engineering related field. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required.
