Job Description
Provides effective leadership and accountability for ambulatory care operations including excellence in customer service, human resources, information systems, patient-focused clinical care, quality assurance and financial management.
This position is temporary and will work through the end of April with the possiblity to end sooner.
Minimum Requirements
One year of direct supervisory experience
Three years of experience in a medical office (clinical) setting
Strong computer skills - proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheet and advanced computer applications (i.e. database and/or presentations).
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relation skills
Demonstrated leadership, personal and professional ethics and an ability to inspire and motivate others.
Previous experience developing relationships with physicians
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an ambulatory outpatient clinic environment
Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field (such as Public Health, Economics, Accounting, Nursing, etc.) obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.
