Job Description : Propose and implement approved strategies of formalized CIP practices and standards for back-office areas, first at the Mount Prospect location and then deploying proven practices to other indirect areas within the North American PTNA locations. Coordinate with PT and RBNA CIP organizations to leverage training and facilitation resources available while developing an internal network of emerging experts in various areas of business process improvement using known CIP tools such as Value Stream Mapping, PDCA, Corrective Action Teams, workplace organization, etc. Act as the subject matter expert and facilitator in the use of CIP tools at PTNA. Report status, updates and progress to the PTNA management board, RBNA & PT CIP organization Leading or participating in other smaller, opportunistic business process improvement efforts at PTNA. Job Requirements : Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering required. 3-7 years knowledge of and successful introduction/utilization of CIP tools in a back-office environment (such as VSM, 5S, PDCA, etc). 3-7 years of demonstrated abilities in effective communication to all levels of associates within an organization, effective team and consensus building, proven interpersonal skills and social competencies.
