Capability Manager (Engineer 4)Tracking Code6740-237Job Description TASC is seeking a Capability Manager. The candidate will provide independent analysis an assessments of Ground Enterprise projects to ensure seamless transition to operations and end-to-end operability of delivered ground capabilities. To perform analysis and assessments, the candidate will assess baseline changes captured in RFCs to enterprise and project level architectures, requirements and interfaces impacting Ground Directorate capabilities. The candidate will communicate, coordinate, and collaborate across major systems acquisition and project management offices to identify capability gaps and project dependencies across the enterprise that could potentially create risks to collection platforms and ground capabilities. The candidate will provide recommendations and identify means to mitigate risks and technical issues as early as possible in the project and capability lifecycle. The candidate will participate and contribute value to program/project office reviews and working groups, together with enterprise and project-level readiness and test events- including but not limited to Ground Completion Reviews. The candidate will also coordinate and collaborate with other Government Directorates and mission partners to ensure project-level requirements comply with enterprise and system level requirements and architectures.
The candidate should have 10-15 + years of related experience. A Bachelor's degree or master's in Systems Engineering or related degree is required. The candidate should also possess Electro-Optical domain expertise. Active TS/SCI LocationChantilly, VA USPosition TypeFull-Time/Regular
