| CADD Drafter/Designer (P/T) Commonwealth Associates, Inc. Salary: $15/hr DOQ Mount Vernon, Washington Deadline: Open until filled Commonwealth Associates, Inc., an employee-owned consulting engineering firm servicing the electrical utility industry, needs experience staff with the qualifications described below, for its Mount Vernon office. CADD Drafter/Designer to work with engineering staff to develop preliminary and finished drawings for high-voltage utility facilities, including distribution lines, transmission lines, and substations. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD or MicroStation and have at least 2 years of CADD experience; demonstrate attention to detail; have the ability to work with others; follow instructions and seek guidance from design staff when needed; and understand documentation and quality control. Speed is important, but accuracy and schedule control are critical. This part-time position may become full time within 6 months to a year. Starting pay: $15/hr DOQ.
