CAD Engineer Job code: 3112 Job Category: Engineering City: Sunnyvale Job Description: CAD Engineer Summary: We are currently searching for a CAD engineer, who?s primary role will be touch senor & touchscreen layout. The successful candidate will interface closely with the project team members to stay updated with the newest developments in technology & to see that there is a successful & timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities: Schematic entry , PCB layout, & BOM creation Mechanical 3D/2D CAD jobs Creation of Touch sensor artwork Layouts of Test pattern PCBs BOM & Schematic maintenance, modification & creation PCB maintenance, layout, & modification 3D & 2D mechanical design Define help sourcing, component selection, & appropriate materials Be a participant in team design reviews when needed Have the ability to operate workshop tools needed for prototype builds Distribute technical input & information from customers when needed Coordination of project tasks & planning to guarantee assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner Give timely status reports on projects to the CAD Section Manager Offer support towards existing designs & products Meet customers off & on site when needed Assist with both usage & manufacturability issues Facilitate component sourcing Follow all company design rules (software & hardware) and QA guidelines Interface with Product Line Managers in the discover of opportunities to determine specifications, introduce the latest product, & offer customer support when needed
Requirements: BSEE along with at least 2 yrs experience CAD experience Experience with needed CAD tools such as Solidworks, CorelDraw, & Altium Designer Able to work with tight deadlines & must have the ability to interact well with customers & engineers to determine specifications HND or equivalent, or above in an engineering discipline If interested, please send your resume as a word attachment toCharlie@Fusion408.com
