CAD DESIGNER - European Division RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop injection molding and blow molding designs, as supplied by Conceptual Designer, Product Design Group and Business Unit Program Management Team. - Deliver 3D designs using appropriate CAD (Catia V5) and Data Management Tools (TCE) e.g. component parts, sub assemblies, systems. - Produce fully detailed GD&T 3D solid models for virtual build events and production release. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: - Certified Training Requirements for Ford Motor Company CAD work - Catia V5 from any Dassault/ IBM Authorized training provider - Teamcenter Engineering - Ford of Europe and/or Ford NA - Ford Specfic Catia V5 Methods - Working knowledge of Ford of Europe Engineering - Excellent understanding and using Ford C3PNG Methods and Standards - Experience and thorough understanding of Ford C3PNG CAD Release Process - Manage Interface with other System and Business Unit Teams. Additional Skills Preferred: - C3P Classic (IDEAS / Metaphase) Capability; Digital Buck Experience - Strong computer skills (Excel, word etc) - Experience in Under Hood design including Windshield Washer Systems. - Other CAD Packages; UGNX; Pro-E - Good presentation skills/Interpersonal communication/Multilingual - Extensive travel required - Europe and Overseas Please send your resume and salary information to: We would like to thank all applicants.
