.:: Essential Job Duties: Trainer, Joint Force Training Section is responsible for: ' Supervising and conducting home station initial and refresher training on the COIC Request for Support (RFS) System, integration of the COIC Web-based applications and AtN Operations. ' Supervising the development of geographically correct and reality based IED network scenarios, threads and injects to facilitate AtN operations for inclusion into Master Scenarios Events List (MSEL) during Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRE/X). ' Developing briefings, lesson plans, training packages and Programs of Instruction (POI) to support Attack the Network (AtN) training, friendly/enemy TTPs, behaviors, and trends. ' Participating in post-deployment After Action Reviews (AAR) and debriefs to gather and analyze Observations, Insights and Lessons (OIL) to combine them with Lessons Learned (LL) in order to improve TCOIC products and processes. ' Replicating Division level COIC support teams, Observer Trainers, and members of Training Feedback Teams. ' Participating in USFCOM, BCTP and other scheduling conferences to ensure early contact with deploying forces to facilitate long term planning in order to optimize asset allocation. ' Providing AtN training and SME support to USJFCOM, CJTF, US Army Divisions and Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) units. .:: Mental/Physical Requirements: Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must be able to travel unassisted to US and foreign locations. Must be able to move, carry, and operate personal computer equipment and related equipment. .:: Education/Experience Requirements: ' Former military or law enforcement professional with proven experience in leadership positions. ' Bachelor's degree preferred. ' Minimum 4 years of military or law enforcement experience, 8 plus years preferred. ' Experience in Division, MEF, and/or CJTF level planning, doctrine, training and operations, preferred. ' Experience using COIC web-based applications. ' Experience using JMSEL Tools. ' Experience developing cause and effects matrixes. ' Experience in planning C-IED/counter-insurgency operations. ' Experience with Interagency and other governmental entities. ' Excellent written and oral communications skills.
