Description
* Advance Online and device based Self Service by developing, prioritizing and managing the eServicing web and device self service product/project roadmap in collaboration with multiple teams and leadership.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders including Customer Care, Sales and Marketing, IT, User Experience teams, Online Product Management and Leadership teams to identify and clearly define project scope, strategic plans, benefits and rational.
* Identify online scope and feature priorities to create projects and programs to successfully align with the online business goals and the corporate strategy.
* Drive key business decisions across the AT&T portfolio of products and align the desired functionality with the corporate strategy through evaluating customer satisfaction results, competitive analysis and assessment of marketing trends for online servicing experiences and device self service.
* Utilize qualitative information and analyze quantitative metrics to identify specific value drivers in support of the online servicing and device self service roadmap to insure the project portfolio provides financial business value in alignment with our corporate strategy.
* Evangelize performance and results for the online service product across internal and external stakeholder groups via presentations to various levels of leadership and center/site visits.
* Work closely Product/project Management teams to insure the product and platform architecture aligns with the product roadmap.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
*3 - 5+ years of telecom experience or Online Product Management experience in another industry.
*Bachelors or MBA preferred
* 3 - 5 years direct experience with consumer web facing technology, online experience requirements and/or web analytics
* 3 - 5 years experience working in a complex project environment
* Analytical, problem solving, decision making, ability to prioritize from customer to business needs
* Strong written communication and presentation skills needed. Ability to prepare concise presentations suitable for consumption by senior leadership; also ability to define and clearly document project scope
Preferred Qualifications
*Experience with managing projects through a software development lifecycle - Agile, RAD and/or waterfall
*Project or program management experience
*Ability to operate and execute autonomously
*Call center experience with various AT&T products including wireless and U-verse and/or other telecommunications products
*Ability to distill thoughts and concepts into quantifiable ideas/benefits
* Candidates must maintain focus on results, be detail oriented, punctual and committed with a tolerance for and ability to execute in a sometimes ambiguous environment
