-Manage a million dollar budget and programming for PR and Marketing -Contract Execution - work with vendors/legal to obtain fully executed contracts with all partners, sponsorships, events, promotions, etc. in a timely manner -Manage our agency relationship and PR programs. Day to day contact for all execution, budgetary and product needs. -Partner with x-functional partners including merchandising/distribution/GID to fulfill all product requests necessary to support our programs -Partner with PR and Marketing teams in SF and NYC to execute public relations and brand communications programs for the brands. -Assist with management of all PR showroom long-lead editorial events and editor walk throughs to introduce top national and regional media to key seasonal products and top seasonal fashion trends -Manage all product sample requests and loans -Track and compile all long lead editorial coverage reports -Assist with the development of press materials including long lead editor showroom invites, editor handouts and communications, NYC media alerts and talking points, help manage development of press kits. -Serve as a "Style Expert" spokesperson for all brands; conduct media interviews with key press contacts regarding brand initiatives, advertising campaigns, seasonal product launches, events and promotions -Partner with public relations agencies to execute PR programs. Support team in management of agencies and their budgets -Develop recap reports, distribute media highlights, seasonal trend information and ad campaign details to internal business partners -Assist in development of PR press plans and communication strategies -Partner with P&E team to develop press plans for events and partnerships -Pitch and secure product and brand placement in top national print and TV media outlets including: InStyle, Lucky, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, UsWeekly, Star, Today Show, Good Morning America, Oprah Winfrey Show, Ellen DeGeneres, etc. -Create and conduct seasonal fashion events in the Showroom in New York City -Partner with internal web team to write event and media recaps to share with internal business partners via the web
