Assembler Sheetmetal B
Assemble structural (sheetmetal or composite) components and sub-assemblies. Build-up airframe sections by assembling and installing sheet metal, composite (or other material) parts and assemblies.
Competencies
This position requires FOD (Foreign Object Damage) and Tool Control to aerospace standards. It requires a ""clean as you go"" culture, attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Work to engineering specifications and drawings. Comply with company standards for safety, workmanship and housekeeping
Basic Qualifications For ConsiderationDo you have experience working in a manufacturing environment?
Are you willing to work any shift?
Do you have experience working with engineering blue prints, drawings and specifications?
Do you have a sheetmetal certification through a vocational school program, military/commercial and/or two years of sheet metal experience?
Typical Education/Experience
Must have vocational training or military/commercial experience or typically 2 years working knowledge of aircraft sheetmetal sub-assemblies, install components and assembly of airframe sections.
