Well known eastside architectural firm is looking for an experienced drafter for residential and small commerical projects. BA in Architecture is desired. Please dont apply unless you have experience in the following: Strong working knowledge of: o Archicad 13 (4+ years full time experience Archicad) o AutoCAD 2005+ (3+ years full time AutoCAD experience) o Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook o Permit document development Complex roof and wood framing detailing Experience with, or in, wood frame construction and construction issues Load tracing and beam calculation experience required Interior details Understanding of site plans and grading (existing and finish grades) Work within the drafting standards of the office Detail oriented with good organizational and communication skills Please e-mail your resume to the address provided, no calls please.
