We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Architect, Advertiser Platform Tools in our San Francisco, CA offices. Our system consists of a mixture of web, telephony and data platforms so it takes a lot of ingenuity to assemble these pieces and to verify that they work together correctly to provide a compelling user experience. Responsibilities: ATT Interactive is seeking an experienced Architect who understands the challenge of release engineering, system monitoring, infrastructure build-out and software architecture to help us keep our coders coding, our testers testing, our users using, and our systems running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have an ability to build, coach and provide leadership to the Platform Tools team. Requirements:
7+ years of experience in release engineering, deployments, system monitoring, infrastructure build-out and software architecture .
5+ years of experience in leading a team - driving design and being a strong code contributor.
Experience with build and deploy on Windows - building and deploying .NET services and IIS sites.
Experience with Windows VMs on EC2 and/or Azure will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in at least one scripting language e.g. Perl, Python, shell.
Working knowledge of SOA development and design of underlying APIs.
You like to tinker and take things apart... and put them back together better than they were before.
Great communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
MS and/or PhD or equivalent experience preferred.
