Job Description :
Triumph Aviation Services Asia repairs and overhauls complex aircraft operational components such as auxiliary power units (APUs), nacelles, constant speed drives, fan reversers and related accessories. Located in Chonburi: Amata Nakorn IE, we are seeking an APU Technician to join our team.
The APU Technician will perform maintenance, repair and overhaul operations on various models of gas turbine engines. Requires working with and coordination with different departments within the repair and overhaul shop.
* with appropriate supervision, disasssembly, clean, inspect, build/assembly of various models of APUs.
* Must demonstrate the skill level required to perform analytical detail part inspection using the inspection tooling, measuring equipment, as well as using OEM technical manuals.
* Read and interpret technical manuals, mechanical drawings and process sheets.
* Read, interpret and execute work instructions.
* Ensure product quality to meet all requirements for FAA, EASA and other standards required with customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations through maintaining/enforcing the facility safety rules/guidelines.
* Maintain a neat and orderly work station and promote overall good lean manufacturing 5S practices.
* Work upon supervisor's request or any other job duties as assigned.




Job Requirements :
High vocational diploma with minimum of two-year background and experience in maintenance repair and overhaul or production environment.
Ability to read, write and understand English and computer literacy is required.
Able to read, interpret and understand OHM, CMM manual, IPCs and/or specifications.
Ability to coordinate with and work well with other departments and individuals within the organization.
Hands on skill in use of common hand tools and measuring equipment.
Willing to learn and is self motivated.
Have strong team orientation.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work shifts/weekends when needed.
Shift/Hours :Rotating
