Intuit is seeking a Senior Engineer/ Analyst/Designer with at least 3 years of experience in analysis, design and implementation of CRM systems (Siebel).
Design / Data Modeling and Development - Expert level analysis, design, development and maintenance of software solutions.
Program Specifications - Senior role in the research, definition, recommendation, Development and implementation of software solutions of packaged application, including scope and solution development.
Process Management / Improvement - Work with business and other technical areas identifying and documenting opportunities for systems and business improvements, managing expectations, and communicating effectively.
Test Design - Responsible for preparing project-level implementations for testing.
Timely resolution, which will require after-hours support, of production program problems with assigned systems.
Respond to reported issues, requests & inquiries of a problematic technical or functional nature. Support both platform and application issues.
Provide technical training to clients for assigned systems with accompanying user and systems documentation; provide training/mentoring of junior level personnel in complexities of applications & technologies.
Your Talents: -BE/h/MCA from reputed educational institutions with a consistently good academic record. - 4 to 6 or more years of related work experience - Strong analytical & innovative problem-solving skills required to identify/diagnose/resolve complex issues - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong teamwork and partnering skills - Ability to build, maintain and follow project plans - Ability to multi-task and change direction to meet changing priorities and tasks - Experience supporting, designing, coding, testing or implementing complex business systems -- Experience in software engineering (SDLC), product development methodologies, database methodologies and system integration of medium to large business applications - Understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures - Demonstrated experience with Siebel 7.8 and above, Siebel Tools, EAI and EIM; Siebel 8 experience is a plus - Demonstrated experience with integration best practices and Siebel integration / web services. - Demonstrated experience with Siebel configuration, eScript, basic data models, development of custom business services, OOTB Workflows, XML and VBCs. - Demonstrated experience with HTTP, CTI, IVR, Web Services and APIs - Demonstrated experience using SQL, Oracle database, Unix, Linux skills
