Essential Responsibilities * Manage daily priorities and work on assigned projects or processes
* Use effective problem-solving skills and documents to communicate results of generated technical data
* Use and create software-based tools to help add value in the development of solutions for customer facing problems
* Provide accurate and timely data, which may involve direct interaction with internal and external customers
* Establish working relationships using clear and concise writing and speaking skills
