Aircraft Mechanic 4
The Aircraft Mechanic 4 troubleshoots, repairs and services turboprop and jet aircraft and engine systems in our corporate aviation department. This position diagnoses malfunctions, maintains, repairs, and replaces, various aircraft system in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations. The position will maintain required FAA records, manuals and inspection forms. This position will lead task teams on aircraft maintenance projects. This position will provide in the field/on the road trouble shooting and minor repair of the aircraft. This position is for second shift Monday through Friday. This position may work overtime, alternate scheduling and weekends as needed to support the operation.
Position is located in Dulles, VA.
Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and a current airframe and power plant license and 10 years experience maintaining Large Jet and turboprop aircraft is required.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior Gulfstream IV, Citation X, and Beechcraft Turbo-prop will be given preference. Prior customer interaction, and team leadership experience is preferred.
