Specific Job Description This position is for the Test & Evaluation Technical Controller (TETC) for the C-130 Test & Evaluation (T&E) Program Functional Team (PFT). The C-130 T&E PFT consists of the Flight Test organization, Flight Operations, the Mechanical systems labs and the Systems Integration Labs (SIL).

Tasks will include performing as the CAM coordinator for C-130 T&E PFT's control accounts. This will involve working with PFT leads for reporting of EVMS percent complete, developing variance explanations for EVMS, and monitoring EVMS health metrics. Tasks will also include assisting with the development of EAC and CTC. The TETC will be responsible for working with PFT leads to develop budget spreads and maintaining an updated manpower plan. The TETC will track labor and material actual costs versus the EAC and budget.

The TETC will also develop and control various metrics for the T&E Manager.

During a surge of test activities, the TETC may be required to perform Flight Test Analysis Engineer (FTAE) activities. These tasks could include the test planning, test execution, data analysis, and test reporting of lab, aircraft ground and aircraft flight tests. Responsibilities will focus on avionic systems testing.

Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with USG and International customers and other organizations to develop executable test requirements. Must be able to transform these contractual test requirements into detailed test procedures. This position may require, in collaboration with the Instrumentation Engineer, defining instrumentation requirements for testing.

Real-time monitoring of data and test execution onboard a test aircraft may be required.

Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required. Overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may occasionally be required.
