Title: Advanced Design - Pool of Candidates Location: QC-Montreal Welcome to our Pool of Candidate area. This is an area we created in order to make sure that you have the opportunity to leave your resume in our database. We visit this area every week on Thursday and we analyze the resumes. We do this in anticipation of our future needs. Below, we describe the engineering discipline, we do not describe a position or a level of expertise needed. We need all levels of expertise therefore do not hesitate to leave your resume in this area. Responsible of the preliminary sizing of new and derivative aircraft in the prelaunch phase. The candidate will have to conduct trade-off studies in conjunction with other members of Advanced Product Development. He may also be called upon to propose and prepare modifications to current Bombardier product line and to estimate aircraft performance and weight. The candidate will also propose future aircraft and market opportunities through advanced studies by working closely with Business Aircraft and Regional Aircraft in sharing information and ideas. As the ideal candidate, you have a Bachelor's or a Master's in Mechanical Engineering or in Aerospace Engineering with experience in Advanced Design. Experience in an aerospace manufacturing company is a strong asset for junior position and a requirement for senior position. You must be fluent in English and/or French, written and spoken. You have demonstrated strong communication abilities, are results oriented and a team player.
