.:: Essential Job Duties: As directed by Scenario Development Branch Chief, perform duties in support of the contract statement of work regarding production, delivery and archiving of required products, end of month reports, and end of rotation reports. Develop doctrinally correct digital graphic overlays using the Maneuver Control System (MCS) and Falcon View and enter tactical overlays and maps into the Joint Readiness Training Center Instrumentation (JRTC-IS) System. Manage, maintain, and update Master Events Management System (MEMS) in support of scenario writers before and during rotations. Maintain post- rotation historical archive database and reference library. Facilitate Scenario Development Branch administrative functions as required to include serving as the Scenario Development Branch Computer Information Systems point of contact. .:: Mental/Physical Requirements: Must be able to travel unassisted to continental US and foreign locations. Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screening. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. .:: Education/Experience Requirements: Required Experience: High School Diploma and two years experience in training management, training evaluations, or CTC experience in some capacity. Proficient in use of MS Office products (Access, Word, Power Point, Excel). Must be capable of developing proficiency on MCS, Falcon View, and MEMS in short period of time. Must be able to effectively and independently research, develop, organize, and communicate orally and in writing.
Desired Experience: Graduate of a US Army career course or non-commissioned officer advance course. Direct experience supporting training at battalion or higher level in the past five years. Exhibit knowledge and skills relating to current Army operations doctrine. Proficient in MCS and Falcon View.
