Sr Advanced Hardware EngineerTitle: Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer Location: IND-Hyderabad-Hyderabad - Break down complex Customer problems into workable technology solution and provide proposals with estimation, high level schedule and risk associated with the solution. - Evolving hardware requirement and architecture from marketing documents. - Will have to interace with System Architects, Application developers, Software Engineers, Mechanical design team constantly in realizing Multi-Disciplinary Products/Solution - intiaite, drive, plan and execute POC in the context of Cost take out, Value Engineering, Technology Refresh and Product enhancments. - Responsible for complete architecture of the Product and High level design, alternate design analysis, documentation and reviews them with stakeholders. - Be critical reviewers in all forms of documentation especially Software Implementation, Test Plans and Customer documentation. - Comply with Development Process adherence and support the team in effort/cost estimation and status tracking - Participate in Value Engineering workshops and suggest cost reduction techniques - Provide mentorship and guidance to budding Designers and helping the Program Management team on key estimation, risk handling and Technical decision making - - University degree/Post Graduate in Engineering in from Reputed collecge having qualified in B.E/h/M.E/h in Electronics / instrumentation / Electrical - Should have at least 12-15years of experience in years of experience in DIGITAL & ANALOG electronics designs - Should have very strong Analog expertise as demonstrated in the area of filter, signal processing, sensors and high frequency designs - Hands on experience of development on 8/16/32 bit controllers based systems from various vendors like Renesas, Intel, Arm, Atmel, etc. - Hands on experience in designing & simulation for signal acquisition circuits , Opamps circuits, DAC/ADC, filters, amplifiers and Circuit protection methodologies. - Hands on experience in 32/16/8 bit processor / controller based designs/ DSP, Memory devices and standard peripherals. - Knowledge on power supply Design & simulation , Sequencing and Supervisory designs, switching & linear regulators, buck & boost designs is preferable - Knowledge of low power designs and intrinsic Safety design Is preferable - Hands on experience on hardware design for EMI/EMC/ESD/surge/Hi-pot, Product compliance, thermal and humidity aspects - Experience in writing start-up code, board bring up and debugging for board bring up and hardware testing. - Experience in FPGA/CPLD designs, resource estimation, timing analysis, simulation , VHDL/Verilog based designs & tools - Experience in using SPI, I2C, PCI, PCIe, Ethernet, bus interface timings - Strong exposure to schematics, CAD tools & simulation tools - Knowledge of product packaging, manufacturing end of line testing. - Familiarity with signal integrity and debug tools. - Clarity on basic DFM guidelines, PCB manufacturing and assembly processes - Full life cycle product design experience - Knowledge and experience any of the hardware certification standards like SIL, CE, CSA, FM etc would be required. Should be able to guide the team for proper design from EMI/EMC testing perspective - Experience in high frequency digital designs. Ability to review/ guidelines for high frequency designs - Aware of various PCB layout tools especially Mentor Graphics board station, expedition - Experience in resolving issues in manufacturing, understand FFT,ICT designs - Awareness for Intrinsic Designs, design for EMI/EMC - Experience in Industrial domain related HW technolgoies (sensor interface, low level current/voltage signals, loop powered 4-20mA circuits, physical layer interface for HART, Profibus ,FF etc) - Proven track of having worked in global development environments for Mutli Disciplnary Products involving Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical, Software disciplines.
